In 2001, founders Bill Peters and Don Garrett recognized a growing need for specialized IT services in the Pittsburgh region. Inspired by their wives’ names (Jennifer and Lori), they created JENLOR and began the business in Bill’s basement.
Since then, JENLOR has evolved into a trusted team of IT professionals providing award-winning Managed IT Services, IT support, and customer service for businesses across Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. Our team has always prided itself on unmatched communication, friendly service, and meticulous attention to detail, and that remains true today.
