In 2001, Bill Peters and Don Garrett surveyed the IT landscape and noticed an opportunity to provide specialized IT services. Using their wives’ names (Jennifer and Lori) to form their identity, they set up shop in Bill’s basement to begin their journey. Since 2001, JENLOR has evolved into a team of IT experts who offer award-winning managed services and customer support.

Technical Team

JENLOR’s technical team represents the beating heart of our company. They design, build, monitor and maintain our customer’s networks. They’re fanatical about your security, keep your servers humming along and backups running according to schedule. Of course our team is also there to help, with live phone answering, 15-minute response windows and 24/7 support when trouble arises.
