JENLOR is now offering Unlimited Helpdesk for a flat monthly fee. We have adopted this service model based upon our customer’s feedback and industry demand. Unlimited Helpdesk will require inclusion of our Managed Services to ensure continued proactive service, and more predictable service request levels.
Unlimited Helpdesk Includes:
- Live Helpdesk 24/7
- Phone/Remote/Onsite Support
- Troubleshooting Support
- End-User Guidance
- Software Upgrades (patches, fixes, firmware)
- Vendor Collaboration for 3rd Party Applications
- After-Hours Support (Emergency Only)
- Ticketing System Tracking with Customer Portal
We will continue to offer Block-of-Time services for those customers that prefer as-needed support. Unlimited Helpdesk customers will still retain a Block-of-Time for project-related tasks and new additions to their network.
This is just another option in an effort to provide the flexibility that our customers require. This model is not for everyone. We have found that this model fits well for customers that prefer predictable monthly spending, and/or wish to refocus their internal IT resources.
