Over the past few months here at JENLOR we have expanded our support and sales/marketing team with new members.  We would like to take this time to formally introduce you to our newest hires.

Colin Prowitt – Project Manager 
Colin is a Project Manager at JENLOR with over 9 years of IT experience. He began his career as a Helpdesk Service Tech and evolved into positions including Systems Support, Senior Systems Admin, and Systems Engineer. In his role as Project Manager at JENLOR, Colin works closely with clients to plan, schedule and oversee IT projects big and small. Occasionally Colin helps the service team fill in gaps where needed. Colin is a musician and has been playing guitar for over 15 years. He also enjoys riding motorcycles and always being on the go.

Shane Malone – New Business Development

 Shane manages our sales and marketing initiatives. His efforts solidify and grow the JENLOR brand, while helping us achieve our desired growth. Shane targets specific companies that would most benefit from our IT services and regularly reaches out to potential new customers to introduce our approach to IT. Shane has vast experience in the sales and marketing world. He will attend all our trade show events, handles customer referrals, and manages our marketing initiatives.

Jordan Weiland – Systems Engineer

 Jordan has been in the IT field for over 6 years, starting as a Helpdesk Specialist and eventually growing into a Senior Specialist. At JENLOR Jordan is responsible for helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and pre-staging customer equipment. Jordan is a huge Pittsburgh sports fan who loves to watch the Penguins and Steelers, while priding himself as a movie buff.
