Tell me about your role at JENLOR?
Well…this is a new position, designed to provide our customers with a primary resource outside of our service department. This industry is rapidly evolving and our customers need to have a proactive IT strategist working on their behalf to keep up. Bill and Don have facilitated this role for many years but it’s now become a full-time job. I will have the support of Amy Barrett, our Account Manager, without much change to her position. Amy will continue to keep up with renewals, billings etc. I will provide more specialized services for our customers like the following:
- IT Project Consulting
- Recurring CIO/CTO meetings
- Identify and document 1-3 Yr. IT plan
- Match emerging technologies with Customer needs
- Regulation Compliance
- Technical Demo’s and Events
- Customer Service Specialist
What attracted you to JENLOR?
I like the company design, the culture, and the people…I have known these guys for years. This positioned opened up and it was a perfect fit for my skills and what I enjoy doing. Our diverse client base will allow me to interface with different people and challenges, which is of great interest to me. It’s exciting for a company JENLOR’s size to dedicate a position like this… it says a lot about their mindset and that makes me feel confident that I’m working for the right people.
What do you like to do outside work?
I enjoy supporting my daughter’s interests and spending time with my family. When it’s me time, I like Golf, fine wines, good cigars, and relaxing. I also get a satisfaction out of being Borough Council Vice President for my community. It allows me to give back through work instead of donation.
